Our campsite in Messanges will be the starting point for many outings and activities to enjoy near your pitch or rental accommodation. Here is a little foretaste of what you can look forward to during your camping trip in Landes...

Sports activities near the campsite

There are many sports to discover close to the campsite. Opt for a round of golf in Moliets, in a superb natural environment, or in Soustons at the Pinsolle golf course, to swing your club next to a scenic lake. With its 2,500m2 of inflatables, Aquakids is an attraction that kids will love, welcoming you just 300m from the campsite. Have fun replaying the French Open on the municipal tennis courts in Messanges, or go horse-riding with our neighbours in Vieux Port, and discover the region's landscapes between forest and sea on an unforgettable horse ride in Landes. Landes is also great for cycling and you can ride the Vélodyssée, the famous cycle route along the Atlantic coast, at your own pace. A guaranteed break from the routine!

Stop by Moliets-et-Maâ, a typical Landes village with its beaches, lake and vaste forest. Then another day, you can head for the peaceful little village of Azur, take a rest on the lake's pontoon and admire stunning views, then head for Soustons.

The beaches of Messanges: water sports, walking and relaxation

Children and adults alike always have wonderful memories of their seaside holidays. So head to Messanges' south or north beach (both are supervised in summer), to swim, relax in the sun or try your hand at surfing. Good news for our four-legged friends: dogs on a lead are allowed on Messanges' beaches. There are also some lovely seaside walks to discover near the beaches.

• A boat ride at the Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve, the Little Amazon Forest of Landes, where you can enjoy an exceptional natural environment.
• Adrénaline Parc in Moliets, where you can try a treetop rope course, go paintballing, or be catapulted into the air!
